Around FEB 2010, Indian Reserve Bank has brought in a new law for mechants who pay via PayPal for their exports, when doing a payment via PayPal, the user has to enter an additional field called “Export Type”.
I guess this additional field called Export Type will help the RBI in keeping better records of the flow of exports from the country.
I am not sure as to who will be benfited with this move, will this help governments in better auditing the flow of money and Goods???

Today 16th of sept i was able to finally get the firewatir gem working with Ubuntu janunty 9.04. I was getting those anyoying errors of “begin resuce useless” blaaaah
they solution to it is after install the firewatir gem version 1.6.2
for the user-choices gem, there lies a user-choices folder where in we need to change the syntax within some of the files for every word where there is a When with a colon e.g (When 
we need replace the color with the word “then”
in ubuntu this is to be done for 3 files in the user-choices folder ‘sources.rb”, ‘conversions.rb’,'arglist-stragergies.rb’
